As leaders are in charge of the people who have the skills to advance a company and bring new changes to life, it is they who must spearhead communication at every level.
The forms of communication are vast, with many being as old as recorded history. Leaders communicate verbally, non-verbally, through technology, tone, and the actions that they use. The importance of communication is in the very definition of a leader; they are teachers, developers, and designers; they improve, create, and develop.
